Join Amy Tuttle, experienced runner and Tracy Jo Duckworth, a certified yoga teacher to bring strength, flexibility and balance into your life. Runners can benefit from yoga postures before and after the run. Warm up your hamstrings, lower back and knees prior to running the newly restored South Trail. This event will be geared towards all levels- from walker to runner. After our trail experience, we will explore yoga asanas to help loosen and lengthen all the muscles of the body. The combination of running and yoga can help make your body more flexible and stable. A true revitalization of the senses: connect with earth, mind, spirit, and body at this event!
