Breakfast Station: fresh fruit display, assorted danishes, fluffy scrambled eggs, hickory smoked bacon, sausage patties, home fries o'brien and cinnamon french toast with hot syrup, farm churned butter, strawberry compote & powdered sugar

Omelet Station: aged cheddar cheese, ham, mushrooms, peppers, onions, tomatoes & salsa

Salad Station: asparagus easter salad with mixed greens, honey roasted walnuts & feta, spring spinach salad with strawberries, mandarin oranges, bacon & red onion, three bean redskin potato salad

Main Entree Station: broiled mahi mahi topped with bay scallops, lemon, lime & capers, chicken veronique with white wine cream sauce, grapes & roasted pecans, fresh baked ratatouille with eggplant, seasonal squash, tomatoes & fresh basil, skillet tossed lyonnaise potatoes with fine herbs

Carving Station: roasted round of beef and carved honey ham, accompanied by au jus, horseradish sauce, pineapple glaze, apple chutney & sundried tomato aioli

Dessert Station: chef's easter dessert display and chocolate fountain with assorted dipping items

Children's Buffet:  chicken tenders, macaroni & cheese & smiley fries
