Loveland Interfaith Effort (L.I.F.E.) is taking part in the 16th annual $1 million giveaway to fight hunger. All donations to L.I.F.E. from March 1st to April 30th will increase the amount of money L.I.F.E. will receive from the Feinstein Foundation. The $1 million is divided proportionally among participating agencies. Only donations or pledges received from March 1st to April 30th can be counted toward the Feinstein challenge. These donations can include cash, checks, food items (valued at $1.00 per item or pound), or pledges. The L.I.F.E. food pantry will use money collected to buy food from the Freestore and elsewhere to keep the pantry stocked.
Monetary donations may be mailed to L.I.F.E., 101 South Lebanon, Loveland, OH 45140. Please mark all donations “Feinstein Challenge”.
Non-perishable food items may be dropped off at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in the bins inside the front door at any time. Please make an appointment when delivering perishable food items (583-8222).
