Be swept back in time while visiting Old Historic Loveland on this special day. Everything from Jolly Ole' St. Nick and Mrs. Claus at the North Pole, to a live Nativity scene, to a Winter Wonderland!
This is the time of year that Loveland Businesses give back to the community. This complimentary event offered to the community draws over 3000 individuals each year and is Loveland's way of saying "Thank you for your Business!!"
SHUTTLE WILL RUN FROM 5-9 PM FROM SHOPPER'S HAVEN TO DOWNTOWN
Many of the same traditions will be available.
*9 AM 5K Run/Walk at Bob Ronker's Running Spot
*4:30 PM Holiday Parade from Shopper's Haven to Downtown Loveland
*Horse drawn carriages
*Hand decorated ornaments and annual Raku firing at Whistle Stop Clay Works. Participate by glazing a commemorative ornament - come between 3:30-5:30 PM to glaze your ornament. Six Raku firings are scheduled, first loading at 4:30 PM and last at 7 PM.
*Children's polar express train to see Santa
*Live Nativity Scene courtesy of New Hope Baptist Church
*Santa and Mrs. Claus are located at Loveland Canoe & Kayak. They'll also have appearances by Buddy the Elf, kids ornament making, and a model train display.
*The Loveland Stage Company presents "Say It With Music," a one/half hour variety show with singing and dancing. Fun for the whole family. Shows are at 5, 6 and 7 PM and are free.
*Snowball fight with Scrooge at Eads Fence
*Elf Workshop by Branches Church - get your photo taken as an Elf!
*Christmas carolers and choirs on stage from 4:30-8:30 PM - Santa's Goody Bag Band will be on at 6 PM
*Greater Loveland Historical Society Museum's Victorian Christmas decorations are a must see! Also see their unique display of antique dolls and creche scenes on loan from Grailville, several model trains, a collection of Santa's, and more! There will also be music, refreshments, and ornament making for kids in the log cabin. - Catch an Express Carriage!
*Art Studios on Main's Winter Art Show, The Bobby Sharp Trio, and enjoy refreshments - catch an Express Horse Drawn Carriage
*Photo Booth provided by River Hills Christian Church
*Pizazz Elves will be offering face painting and a snowman ornament craft
*Tano Bistro will provide White Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding and offering a spend $100 on gift cards, get $20
*Wassel, cookies, and restrooms available at Montgomery Cyclery
*Chestnuts roasting on an open fire
*Hot chocolate and apple cider provided at Julian's Deli & Paxton's
*Plaid Room Records will be toasting up S'mores
*Torch Lit Bridge
